A space for what weighs you down

For the kind of tired that sleep doesn’t touch.

You’re functioning. You've tried the apps, the breathing exercises, the early nights. They help. But the moment life picks back up, so does the noise.

Underneath it all, part of you always feels tense, heavy, or switched on.

NADA is a quiet space for exactly that: the pressure you can’t quite explain, but can absolutely feel.

No diagnosis needed. No explanation required.

A simple protocol

Five tiny needles. One quiet pause.

Five NADA acupuncture points shown on the outer ear.

What is NADA?

Not a talking therapy. Not a spiritual practice.

NADA is a simple ear acupuncture protocol using up to five tiny, sterile needles.

Developed in the 1970s, NADA has been used in everything from disaster zones to detox clinics, in the NHS, in prisons, and even with soldiers.

You sit quietly for 30-40 minutes. No performance. No explaining. Just space for your system to settle.

NADA brings calm to chaos.

Nervous system support

Regulation is where it all begins.

When your nervous system has been on high alert, rest can stop feeling restful. You can sleep, move, breathe, do all the right things, and still feel like your body hasn’t recovered and your mind hasn’t stopped.

The NADA Space was created for that in-between place: not crisis, not brokenness, just a frazzled nervous system asking for quiet.

A simple pause. A return to balance.

A calm group session room at The Rookery with blankets, cushions and soft lighting.

Group NADA Sessions

A quiet room. A small group.
An hour where nothing is asked of you.

Sit or lie comfortably, fully clothed, while five tiny needles are placed in each ear. Then simply rest for 30-40 minutes. No talking. No performance. No experience necessary.

Meet Cassie

I’m Cassie, a Leeds-based holistic therapist and qualified NADA practitioner.

I created The NADA Space for people who look like they’re coping, but feel like they’re running on empty. People who have tried the obvious things, and still know something deeper needs to settle.

I’m warm, direct, and grounded. I won’t ask you to believe in anything. Just arrive as you are, and I’ll hold the space from there.
